Each download page requires a password. It’s different for each page. And occasionally, we change the passwords. If you ever need to download a purchase again, please let us know and we will get you back there in short order. Simply let us know,
- The date of your purchase,
- The email you used to conduct the purchase,
- The purchase transaction identity number, if available.
If you just purchased an ebook or software, and can’t find the password for your download, the following illustration should help.
PayPal apparently adds the amount paid and other information to the URL, so make certain you do not copy part of that information with the password (between “=” and “&”).
